A dragonfly festival was held at the Painters’ Residence in Deglava

In the project “Deglava Painters’ Residence”, within the framework of which two 10-story apartment buildings with a total of 152 apartments are being built in Pļavnieki, a dragonfly festival was held.

The project, for which AS Expobank has a loan of EUR 6,352,767, is planned to be put into operation in April 2022, but the keys to the owners of the new apartments will be provisionally handed over in September next year. In Deglava’s Painters’ Residence, where apartments, parking lots and storage rooms, a green area and children’s playgrounds are planned, window installation work has already started, but the finishing of the buildings will follow. In addition, it is planned to build bicycle parking spaces, a recreation area and a sports field. The area of the smallest apartment will be 29 m2, and the largest – 87 m2. “A total of six buildings are planned in the project – more detailed information about the start of the construction of the four remaining buildings will be available in January,” adds Žanete Balode, sales manager of the Deglava Painters’ Residence.
