A housing complex is being built by Lake Jugla for 40 million euros

A new residential building complex “Ezerjugla” with eight apartment buildings is being developed on the shore of Lake Jugla on Murjāņu Street. The total cost of the project is approximately 40 million euros. Although construction works are planned to be completed in the first half of next year, reservation and sales of apartments have already started. Eight four-story buildings with more than 500 two-room and three-room apartments with an area of ​​44 to 102 square meters are planned in the project. It is also planned to build 535 surface and underground parking lots. “Ezerjuglas” residential building complex is planned to be put into operation in April 2022.
