The real estate developer in the residential building segment “Bonava Latvija” in Riga, in the vicinity of Pētersala-Andrejsala, has started the construction of the new apartment building project “Fjordi”. Upon completion of the project, new residences will be provided to 300 residents in three residential buildings. The total amount of investment in this project will reach 13.5 million euros. The project will consist of three six-story buildings, in which a total of 150 two-room, three-room and four-room apartments with an area of ​​49 to 88 square meters will be built. The buildings will be equipped with elevators, each apartment will have a balcony and an individual storage room for storing belongings in the basement of the house. The “Fjordi” project will be located at Ganību Dam 11, and the area adjacent to the project will be arranged and improved as part of it. Recreation areas with a gazebo, barbecue areas and children’s playgrounds will be created in the yard, as well as space for 133 cars. Several bicycle sheds will also be built, but the entrance from Ganību dambja street to the parking lots of apartment buildings will be paved.
