By investing 15 million euros, the housing project in Vertikāles Imanta was completed
The real estate developer “Bonava Latvija” has put into operation the new housing project “Vertikāles”, located in Imanta, on Dumbrāju Street, representatives of “Bonava Latvija” inform. The built volume consists of one seven-story and one 13-story multi-apartment residential building with a total of 134 two- to four-room apartments. More than 15 million euros have been invested in the development of the project. “Vertikāles” is not only the highest new housing project of “Bonava Latvija” so far, but also the only high-rise building in Imanta realized by the developer. The new housing project “Vertikāles” consists of two residential buildings with a total of 134 two- to four-room apartments with an area of 60 to 92 square meters – there are 48 apartments in the seven-story building, and 86 apartments in the highest, 13-story building. All apartments are equipped with an underfloor heating system and individual ventilation with recuperation. In each building, common spaces for baby strollers and bicycles have been built, while a personal storage room is available for each apartment on the basement floor of the building. On the 12th floor of the tallest building, all residents of the complex will have access to a 118 square meter wide terrace. The project area has also been improved – the greenery has been supplemented with various rest areas, gazebos and barbecue areas. A table tennis and pétanque court is available for residents, while a playground is available for children. The project also includes surface and covered parking lots, some of which have an electric charging device equipped with increased power. “Bonava Latvija” implements the development, construction and sale of both economic and business segment housing in Riga. In total, there are 1,289 apartments in seven projects under construction in 2022, of which the construction of 362 apartments is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
