Hepsor invests 13 million euros in the creation of a new business complex in Dreilini

The Estonian real estate developer “Hepsor” has started the construction of the first phase of the new business complex – “StokOfiss U30” in Dreiliņi, where small and medium-sized companies will have access to both offices and spacious rooms for the improvement of shops and warehouses.

At the moment, well over half of the available premises of the first phase have already been leased. The new business complex near the intersection of Ulbrokas Street and Augusta Deglava Street will consist of two phases, and the planned total investment amount is approximately 13 million euros. The area of ​​the first floor of the business complex “StokOfiss U30” is approximately 3650 m2. There will be 10 separate leasable rooms available on two floors, each 323-487 m2 in size, suitable for warehouse, shop or office needs. With the help of various technical solutions, it will be possible to adapt each of them according to the needs of the tenants, including several rooms can be combined into one. In the building of the first phase of the new business complex, the first floor will contain sales premises, warehouses and auxiliary premises. On the other hand, office premises will be located on the second floor. For the needs of customers and employees, tenants will also be provided with a spacious free parking lot for 84 cars. The construction works of the first stage of the business complex – “StockOffices U30” are planned to be completed in the summer of 2022. “We are grateful and satisfied with the interest shown by the customers and the fact that we have already managed to lease 70% of the available premises in the business complex. “StokOfiss” gives small to medium-sized companies the opportunity to rent all the premises needed for trade in one place, thus reducing the company’s logistics expenses, facilitating daily work and promoting business efficiency,” says Martti Krass, a member of the board of “Hepsor”. “Next to “StokOfiss U30”, Ulbrokas Street 34, the second phase of the business complex “StokOffice U34” will also be built.
