Invests 8.5 million euros in the Two Coasts project in Ķengarag.
Construction of the residential project “Divi krasti” continues in the Riga micro-district, Ķengaraga, in which one of the largest Estonian real estate developers, “Kaamos”, investing 8.5 million euros, is building two five-story residential buildings. The first building of the project is planned to be completed in December 2020. “Despite the current challenging conditions, we are actively continuing work on the construction of residential houses “Divi krasti” and we will celebrate the dragonfly festival of the first building in June. Although “Kaamos” entered the Latvian market relatively recently – in 2019, we have ambitious goals and see potential also for future development. We have started designing two new projects – one in Ågenskalna near Māras pond, the other in Mežaparka,” comments Armands Buks-Vaivads, a member of the board of “Kaamos”. The project is being built near the South Bridge, Ķengaraga Street 8A. Each house will have 66 apartments with a total area of 33 to 74 square meters. The new residents of the houses will have access to a closed area with a parking lot, bike and stroller storage, a green area and a children’s playground, as well as video surveillance. Each apartment has its own balcony, and the first floor apartments have a terrace of 11 square meters. Both residential houses have been awarded class A energy efficiency certificates.
