Kaamos receives EUR 9.9 million for the residential house project in Mežaparka

SEB Bank has granted financing in the amount of EUR 9.9 million to the Estonian real estate developer “Kaamos”. The financing is intended for the construction of the residential house project “Moho Park” in Mežapark, where a total of 15 million euros is planned to be invested. The project envisages two 12-story buildings with 154 apartments, and it is planned that buyers will receive the first apartments in early 2023. This is the second Kaamos project in Riga financed by SEB banka. “Moho Park” (mo-ho – modern homes) is a new residential project in Mežapark, the construction of which was started in the summer of this year. In the project, energy efficiency will be ensured by solar batteries located on the roof, windows with triple glass, warm floor heating, as well as ventilation with recuperation, which will be in every apartment. Residents will also have access to electric car charging. “Moho Park” is an important project for the Kaamos Group, as these buildings meet all the standards of future demand. More and more emphasis is being placed on reducing emissions both during the construction of the building, and also afterwards – during the use of the building,” comments Guntars Cauna, head of “Kaamos” in Latvia.
