Merks put into operation a residential house project in the vicinity of Skanstes

The residential house project “Merks Duntes Zīles” has been put into operation, within the framework of which modern four- and five-story buildings with 84 apartments have been built. 85% of all apartments in the project have already been reserved. “We are pleased that the project has been completed within the planned construction terms – within about a year since the start of construction,” says Mikus Freimanis, Director of “Merks” Real Estate Development. Currently, all 4-room apartments are sold out, but we observe the most active interest in booking 2-room apartments. There are still 13 apartments available in the project. “Merks Duntes Zīles” is located near the Skanste area. As part of the project, two- to four-room apartments with a total area of ​​40 to 95 m2 and full interior decoration were built.
