Mūkusala Business Center attracts investors and 9.5 million euros for development
By issuing new capital shares, Mūkusala Business Center has made changes in its membership structure, thereby significantly increasing the company’s capital.
The new investments will be used for the implementation of various ambitious projects in the neighborhood of Mūkusala Street – work on several of these projects has already started and will be completed in the next few years. The issued capital shares have been purchased by two existing members – SIA MBC CAPITAL and SIA Realto Capital, while the new member of the Mūkusala Business Center has become the investment manager SIA EXPANSION CAPITAL AIFP managed fund INECI AIF. As a result of the capital increase, the Mūkusala Business Center has attracted more than 4 million euros of funds for the company. The goal of all members of the Mūkusala Business Center for the next few years is the exit of the company to the stock exchange in order to continue using local capital for further growth of the company, which would ensure stable and predictable growth for the existing and new shareholders of the company. Also, Mūkusala Business Center has signed a long-term financing agreement with Luminor bank in the amount of 5.5 million. The financing will be used to implement Mūkusala Business Center development projects – the construction of the Class A Zeiss Office building, the construction of a multi-storey parking lot, as well as to carry out infrastructure improvement works for the next stages of development.
