Real estate developer KBO attracts 3.6 million euros for the construction of an apartment building

The real estate developer “KBO” has attracted EUR 3.6 million from Swedbank for the construction of an apartment building in Riga, Imanta, the bank informs. The project named “Mimosa”, which meets Swedbank’s sustainable loan criteria, includes 70 modern apartments with energy efficiency class A. “KBO” representative Andris Dzirnieks states: “The apartments will be located in a modern 9-story building with a convenient elevator up to the basement, where each apartment will have a storage room, which is included in the price of the apartment. Owners of larger apartments will be provided with convenient parking on two levels. Thinking about the new generation, the housing complex will be complemented by a safe children’s playground. The new project will complement the range of other projects implemented by “KBO”, which have already received recognition in the field of energy efficiency. Swedbank’s financing will help start 70 new life stories and journeys in building their home faster”. The materials used in construction will ensure high sound and heat insulation, as well as the most modern air recuperation system included in the project. The used solutions will provide the new apartment owners with significant cost savings in energy resources, as well as they are functionally planned, according to the needs of people in different life cycles. The new project will complement the offer of energy-efficient apartments in Riga.
