Skanste residences will be built on Grostonas Street

A new class A project “Skanste residences” has been launched for the development of high-class real estate in Riga, which will have 67 exclusive apartments, and they will be located on Grostonas street, near “Arēnas Rīga”. This project will be implemented by Estonia’s two leading real estate developers “Invego” and “Reterra”. “Skanste district is rapidly developing, becoming more and more modern and dynamic, and this new residential building project will stand out as the pinnacle of artistic architecture with sustainable solutions,” says Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi. The new project will consist of two eight-story buildings connected by a common lobby and a large underground parking lot. “Dividing the project into two buildings is one of the main strengths of the architects’ vision, as it gives all the apartments a much wider view and provides much more natural light,” emphasizes Kristjans-Túrs Vahi. In order to improve the microclimate of the rooms, each apartment will have a separate ventilation and cooling system, as well as heated floors. The buildings will be connected to the centralized heat supply, and energy piles will be built, which will increase the energy efficiency of the buildings. Luxury design and architecture will also continue inside the buildings in the interior solutions and materials used. The pre-booking period has started, the construction of the project will start in the second quarter of this year and will be completed by the end of 2025. This is not the first time that “Invego” and “Reterra” have jointly developed a project in Riga – the second phase of their “Parka Kvartāls” project is currently under construction.
