The “Lilien” project is a novelty in the architectural ensemble of Grīziņkalns
The well-known Grīziņkalns district is gaining more and more popularity among active families. It is attractive both with the quiet, green streets and with the availability of sports fields, as well as with the easy way to get to the center in any way – by foot, bicycle, car or public transport. This is one of the districts of Riga, which has especially flourished in recent years and acquired its unique charm. With the “Lilien” project, an experienced Georgian developer is introducing himself to the Latvian market, whose portfolio includes several residential building projects. In cooperation with a professional builder in Latvia, a special and valuable project is created in a beautiful location of Riga. The project is not simply a new apartment building, but a complex that is implemented in the surrounding architecture. It consists of 3 buildings – one is a 1:1 renovated two-story wooden building, which was previously located in this place bordering Laboratorijas Street; the second house is a three-story new building, which will separate the courtyard of the residential block from the street; the third building is a 5-story new building in the yard. The work in the “Lilien” project is going smoothly and it is planned to finish it already in the spring and put the first two buildings into operation by the summer – a 2-story wooden building and a 3-story new building. Immediately after that, the construction of the 3rd building will continue. All apartments will be furnished and the first bookings will be available very soon. The first apartments will be available on the 1st floor of the wooden building, on the 2nd floor there will be only one 3-room apartment with a terrace. Three-story buildings will have one 3-room apartment on each floor. Thus allowing you to enjoy unique architecture. Real estate agency Tribus considers this project to be particularly attractive for families, as all apartments will be 3-room, and in a five-story building – all with balconies. Storage rooms will also be available, which is a valuable factor for active families – to store both bicycles and skateboards, as well as other sports equipment, which can be used well both in the closed courtyard and when going to spend time actively in the tidy surroundings of Grīziņkalns.
This project is like an application to the Latvian market to show that the intentions are serious and quality is one of the highest priorities.
