The market of exclusive private houses in Jurmala – the biggest deals in the past summer.
Last summer, 14 private house purchase transactions over EUR 300,000 were registered throughout the country. Jurmala has long been known as an exclusive location with high real estate prices and a rich offer of the luxury segment. How much of the transactions of exclusive private houses in Latvia this summer have been directly transactions in the territory of Jūrmala and how many transactions have exceeded the limit of EUR 450,000? This summer, there have been five private house purchase transactions in Jurmala in the price category above EUR 300,000. Of these transactions, only one transaction exceeded or reached the price category of EUR 450,000. This transaction took place on Kāpu Street. Last summer, three transactions worth over EUR 300,000 were registered, two transactions less than this year. On the other hand, only one transaction exceeded the price threshold of EUR 450,000 last summer, but it was worth EUR 650,000. Jūrmala transactions make up a relatively large part of the total market of exclusive private houses in Latvia. The Latvian private house market in the premium segment is not large.
