The new building Dzirciema Nams has been put into operation.

SIA «YIT LATVIJA» has commissioned apartments in the new project «Dzirciema nams», located in Riga, Eiženijas Street 17. The building consists of two four- and five-story buildings, which house 70 two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments from 39.4 to 95 ,4 square meters in area. The apartments are fully furnished. Different layouts are provided for two- and three-room apartments. Currently, 29 apartments are still available in “Dzirciema nama”, which can be purchased by the new owners. “Distillery house” has a green yard, accessible elevators, underground parking and storage rooms. Apartment prices in the new project are from 1,704 euros per square meter. The author of the “Dzirciema nama” project is Ivars Jākobsons, the architect of “Jākobsonu Art Workshop”, but the author’s supervision was carried out and the management of the construction project was taken over by the architect of SIA “1.618” Inga Stakione-Līdaka.
