The real estate agency Tribus cancels the live broadcast with the author of the “Jaunlatvija” project.

The real estate agency Tribus cancels the live broadcast with the author of the “Jaunlatvija” project, after evaluating the project, seeing no content in it to talk about in the real estate sphere. Tribes believe that it cannot be considered as a real estate project. It does not provide the information that is usually available on crowdfunding platforms to ensure the understandability and transparency of the project. There is no cash flow, there is no estimate of how the loan repayment will be ensured, what the object of purchase is in general – no documents are available to evaluate it as a real estate project. In addition, the real estate agency Tribus is aware that by inviting a guest, it risks the fact that the airwaves may be occupied with populist marketing, condemnation of the current government, and there is a possibility that it will negatively affect the Tribus brand. Although it is very important for Tribes to talk about everything, including unpopular opinions, this time, after evaluating the overall project, it was decided to cancel the live broadcast. Igors Troshins, head of real estate agency Tribus, comments: “I was wrong to confirm this as a potential conversation. I would like to apologize to anyone who misunderstood our intentions. As much as I wanted to ask direct and specific questions to the author of the island project during the live broadcast, at the same time we cannot afford to damage what we have built for almost 10 years and risk our brand because of hype, times and views. It’s not worth it. During the live broadcast hour, there will also be time for populist expressions – why our country is bad; just throw in the money and drive away. There will always be people who will believe it and we cannot give our microphone to such statements. Thanks to everyone who is around and supports. It’s not easy to create current, interesting real estate content, but we’ll keep doing it. We will continue to ask direct and important questions to the right people to bring added value to our viewers.”
