Three more apartment buildings will be built in the Krasta quarter

The real estate developer “Bonava Latvija” will soon start the construction of the final phase of the “Krasta kvartāls” project, i.e. the construction of three more multi-apartment residential buildings in the part of the Moscow suburb between Kojusala, Maskavas, Grėdu streets and Krīdenera Dam.

In total, six nine-story residential buildings with 500 one- to three-room apartments with an area of ​​28 to 73 square meters are planned for the nearly 3-hectare land plot. The sale of apartments has also started in one of the future buildings. The development of the “Krasta kvartāls” project started in 2018, laying the foundations for the first two buildings, which have already been put into operation. The construction of the third building of the project will also be completed soon. Considering the high demand, 95% of the apartments in the first three buildings of the project have already been sold. The “Krasta kvartāls” project is planned to be fully completed by the end of 2024. In general, the planned investment of “Bonava Latvija” in the development of “Krasta kvartala” is 40 million euros. “Moscow’s Forshtaat has been one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in recent years and is even called the new “quiet center” in the circles of urban planners.
