Two more buildings in the Dreiling House project have been commissioned
The real estate developer “Bonava Latvija”, continuing the development of the new housing village “Dreilinga majas” in Dreiliņi, put into operation two more multi-apartment residential buildings with 87 two- to four-room apartments in November, the developer’s representatives inform. Out of a total of 16 five-story buildings planned in the project, 13 houses are currently fully completed, one is under construction, while the construction of the remaining two buildings is planned to begin at the end of next year. The two newest buildings have 29 and 58 two- to four-room apartments, respectively, with an area of 39.8 to 68.9 square meters. All apartments have a built-in exit to a personal balcony or garden. Also, each apartment has an individual storage room in the basement of the building, which is included in the apartment price. More than 75% of apartments in both buildings are currently sold or reserved. The total investment amount of the project is planned to be more than 55 million euros. It has already been reported that “Bonava Latvija” worked with a turnover of 38.066 million euros last year, which is 25.1% more than in 2020, but the company’s profit increased by 34.7% and reached 5.401 million euros.
