Übeļi nami is being built in Ādaži for 4 million euros
By attracting financing from Citadele bank in the amount of one million euros, the construction of the second phase of the multi-apartment building project “Łeļu nami” has been started in Ādaži.
The project is developed by IKAM Invest. Commissioning of the complex is planned in parts – the first building in January 2022 and the second building in November. During the construction of the first phase of the Ādaži apartment building, a four-story building with 48 apartments in each, underground and surface parking lots, as well as the adjacent infrastructure was built. In the second phase of the project, it is planned to build another building of the same type with 2-3 room apartments, the area of which will be from 40 to 60 m2. The total cost of the project is 4 million euros, one million of which is co-financed by Citadele Bank. “In the interior layouts of apartments, there was a great demand for niches to be built, where to integrate and separate your home offices – we received such requests from several clients,” says Inga Konovalova, a member of the board of the construction company Negocio and IKAM Invest. “We managed to buy materials for the construction of the first building before the rapid rise in the price of building materials due to the impact of Covid-19, therefore the average price per square meter in first-class houses is 1,370 euros. After that, the peak of metal and oil prices, as well as the lack of workers, contributed to a significant increase in prices in several market segments,” she adds.
