The house stands on a concrete strip foundation, walls – expanded clay blocks, intermediate floor covering – concrete panels, roof – clay tiles.
External walls are insulated on the inside with a 15cm layer of wool, on the outside – foam with concrete plaster.
The garage and the gate are equipped with automatic control. The external steps are covered with wood shavings. The paths are laid with paving stones. New fence with automatic gate.

Electricity. Each floor has its own switchboard with protective elements.
In the attic the ceiling height allows for additional usable space. Quality roof windows installed.

Location. The house is located in a village in a quiet forest area, next to the house there is a public transport stop (bus 16), near the house there is a lake. The place is quiet and sunny.
