The remaining renovation works are currently underway and are scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2023. The house has a convenient location. The house is located in a quiet street between Ziedondārza and Grīziņkalns parks.
Near the house there are several food and department stores, kindergartens, schools, sports clubs, the city’s active recreation area, ice rink, DAUGAVA stadium and much more. The public transport stop is three minutes away from the house.
It is also possible to reserve a parking space in the yard of the house.
All apartments will be registered in the land registry as a separate apartment property with its own cadastral number with the respective parts of the land plot.
