The house is serviced by the homeowners association, utilities in summer including gas, electricity consumption and property tax around 150 euros, in heating season around 360 euros. The house is connected to central heating, cold and hot water. Water, electricity and gas consumption by meters.
A deposit of 900 euros and the first month’s rent will be payable on conclusion of the contract.
