In the apartment, all wires have been replaced, walls have been smoothed, suspended ceilings and adjustable radiators, triple windows, doors with heat and noise insulation.
After the repair, no one lived in the apartment.
The house is managed by the owners’ association. It is possible to additionally rent a parking space in the closed yard of the house. All entrance doors are equipped with combination locks, each apartment has its own individual code. The house is connected to the city heating system, hot and cold water. Water consumption is read by electronic meters.
Upon signing the contract, you will have to pay a deposit of 1,200 euros and rent for the first month.
